Happy happy joy joy! It’s Stimpy from the 90’s cartoon Ren & Stimpy. They really don’t make cartoons like they used to. Well lets face it, there never was and never will be a cartoon quite like Ren & Stimpy. I need to do a Ren so he’s not so lonely.
